Dr. Farrukh Khakimov is Head of Department at the Development Strategy Center (DSC), Uzbekistan.
He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, as well as International Master’s degree from the University of Glasgow and Zhejiang University.
Prior to joining the DSC, Dr. Khakimov lectured at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and also worked as a research fellow at the Academy of Public Administration and at the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies during 2010-2016.
Dr.Khakimov’s areas of research interest are regionalism, geopolitics and digitalization processes in Central Asia.
