Dr. Zebo Isakova (DSc&PhD) is an economist, researcher, and policy consultant specializing in labor markets, migration, digital economies, and sustainable development in Central Asia. She is an Associate Professor at Kimyo International University in Tashkent and an Adjunct Professor at Webster University, where she teaches courses in economics, leadership, and public policy.

Her research focuses on economic transformation, skills development, migration dynamics, and the intersection of digital technologies and labor markets, including emerging phenomena such as telemigration and platform work. She has contributed to international policy initiatives and research projects with organizations such as the European Training Foundation, UN-related programs, and regional development initiatives.

Dr. Isakova’s work bridges academic research and policy practice, with particular emphasis on economic resilience, green growth, and youth skills development in Uzbekistan and Central Asia.
