Researcher on inclusive education and vocational training systems, focusing on the governance, policy, and social dynamics that shape equitable participation and transitions to employment. My research examines the intersection of education systems, social inclusion, empowerment, and citizenship. I focus on the structural drivers of educational exclusion, including the ways children and youth are tracked into segregated provision or denied equitable learning opportunities because of disability, language background, minority status, migration experience, or confessional affiliation. My work also explores governance and policy reforms that enable education and vocational training systems to support meaningful participation, equitable transitions to employment, and inclusive citizenship.
