Possibilities and Limits of the Development of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization – 上海合作组织发展的可能性和限度

The SCO not only has broad possibilities for development, but also has limits to its development. An objective understanding of possibilities and limits is an important prerequisite for the effective development of the SCO. From this perspective, this paper analyzes the possibility and limit of the SCO from five aspects, and puts forward the author’s opinion. The five areas are political geospatial, membership expansion, political cooperation, security cooperation, and economic cooperation.
