Non-interference in internal affairs and constructive intervention: Reflections on China’s policy after the turmoil in Kyrgyzstan – 不干涉内政与建设性介入——吉尔吉斯斯坦动荡后对中国政策的思考

The core content of the article is to propose the concept of constructive intervention. Taking this as the theme, the article explains the relationship between non-interference in internal affairs and constructive intervention, defines the connotation of constructive intervention, discusses the necessity of adopting this policy, analyzes the possible difficulties encountered by constructive intervention, and discusses the formula for conducting constructive intervention. Finally, suggestions are made for other policy adjustments related to constructive intervention.
