This book discusses the development and evolution of relations between Russia and Uzbekistan since the disintegration of the Soviet Union from three dimensions: political, economic, and humanities. Central Asia is of great geopolitical and economic significance to Russia, and Russia regards Central Asia as its area of special interest. The study of Russia-Ukraine relations will help us understand the characteristics and operating laws of Russia’s diplomacy with Central Asian countries, so that Sino-Russian relations, relations between China and Central Asian countries, and Sino-Russian-Central Asian relations will develop over time. With the launch of the BRI, this research has important practical significance for China.
