 Description:

With the steady progress of the “Belt and Road” project, Central Asia, as an important hub of the “Silk Road Economic Belt,” will become an important destination for China’s foreign direct investment. However, at present, countries in the region are basically still in a period of economic transformation, with imperfect market systems and a single economic structure. In addition to the impact of the international situation, Chinese enterprises face prominent national risks, investment and business environment when conducting direct investment. A series of issues are highlighted. In order to avoid risks, Chinese enterprises should invest under the guidance of the government and establish a complete investment chain for large-scale project investment. At the same time, it is necessary to seize the opportunity of the development of the digital economy and gradually establish a scientific and efficient investment model in order to avoid the risks of direct investment.
